What are you looking for?

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us tailor our work to be the most effective. What’s going on? Is there something that is now un-fun that’s compressing your strategy and tactics that doesn’t feel right?

The Universal Design of Business Operations

"Things are beginning to shine ever since our session.  I’ve gotten some leads after we talked and my biggest fear is turning for the better. Most importantly, I'm beginning to connect the dots. Early this am, I saw the North Star shining in my bedroom."

FAQs

How do I know if I’m ready for this work?

Decide if you:

  • know where you’re at and where you want to go.

  • desire growth more than being right.

  • are ready for deep and honest self-reflection…and to take action from that place.

  • are receptive to looking at issues with curiosity, not defensiveness or judgment.

  • have an established sense of your core values.

  • have experienced stabilized success in your business.

  • your leadership style has a humanitarian essence underneath it.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

You will be familiar and comfortable with my style if you have spent any time in Corporate America…the stewardship in leading with humanity and acumen.

Be open to receiving direct but honest questions…and geared to get things done, not kick the can down the road.

And, most importantly, you have a good sense of humor because I love the combination of laughter with serious matters.

Much of my time was spent mentoring and coaching peers “below, above, and besides” me in the hierarchy so I am familiar with the nuances of what process, people, and systems mean.

There’s a fair amount of being willing to be accountable for your inner compass because the work is about you and how you are connecting that to your internal landscape, your own company, then outward to your clients and the mission you are here to fulfill.

Translate that type of structure and drive into the inner workings of your mindset to bring your ideas into reality…and you’ll know whether or not we’re a match.

What can I expect in a session?

You’ll set the context and goals in Step 1.

Often, materials are sent ahead of time and you’ll be guided through them at the appropriate time.

The work begins by recapping your goals then you’ll be asked for more details in a light conversational (not clinical ) that digs deep and flips your mindset and perspective.

During the session, sensible resets are uncovered as well as a roadmap to keep you going.

Expect to get a different, broader perspective that translates to on-the-ground action.

Most often, there is a “homework” assignment to solidify what you become aware of so that the perspective has a chance to “stick.”

This translates what you know conceptually into what you know experientially by doing.

What will be my outcomes?

During the session, clarity and a sensibility about what is happening, why…and most importantly, what to do next land and form your next step.

Your initial reason for the session sets what we’ll design and compose with your unique experience, business goals and mindset.

You’ll need to integrate and reestablish your equilibrium as your insights solidify.

Perspective shifts are often experienced during the session and then can be seen in your daily life within a week depending on the complexity of the story, your personal stage in your upleveling journey, and your goals.

You know that inspiration is temporary but empowered clarity is perpetual so be open for the ripple effects to form a daisy chain that bring your goals into reality that are not always a 1:1 correlation.

After the session, you’ll have a stronger footing to engage with your rapid growth.

Why pay all at once?

This is what I know about the power of money. It takes up space in our minds when balances are left open. Paying in full takes the issue and power of money off the table. It opens the container in a way that worries about it are irrelevant. Money’s socialized power has been to control and limit what we can and can’t do. Take that essence off the table to free up the internal space it currently takes up to make space for an expanded perspective.

Is it worth the investment?

Use your normal way of evaluating any business investment in terms of how it makes things better will be your basis to assess if getting control and leading your business is worth it. When you have enough experience to know what it’s like when things line up and when they don’t…and you want more of the first, then you’ll be able to assess if it’s worth it to you.

People describe the sense of power and control as priceless. Well, shit, what does that mean? It means that there is benefit that is beyond what a dollar can hold. Knowing you’re in control of your business, your expansion as a human is like that…

…and, directly influences the perception of others so your business goals are more easily achieved.

Will it make things worse?

Seeing things from a different and broader perspective has a liberating relief to it but sometimes need someone to interpret what’s happening. One piece of the puzzle falls into place and other things start to waterfall into place. That’s how solutions work. The program ensures that you see and understand it while moving beyond how things look superficially.

What if it doesn’t work?

You know what 20/20 hindsight feels like. This work connects you to what’s happening beneath the surface to the desired outcome. You will know it works as you see your progress as a visual that helps keep track of what gets lost in the weeds. If that is not your experience, we can always have a conversation to end the engagement.

Let’s get started to see what that looks like for you.
