I had lunch yesterday with a lovely goddess of a friend and saw this sign on the roadside.
A little alarming and humorous at the same time.
It represents how I feel life is - constantly moving, sometimes barely noticeable and sometimes, it feels like the rug being pulled right out under my feet.
I feel “something” coming. Could it be the refreshing of my signature online course I’m working on...or something else?
Do you feel it, too? Does movement feel good or unnerving? Do you use extreme caution or say, “Fuck it, dude”?
I’ve been mixing the small stuff and big stuff these past few weeks and it seems to be working out alright.
I feed my deep roots throughout the day by managing my energy in my body, taking breaks outside...and drinking water helps me out. Small stuff.
I also permit myself to being drawn upwards in my new life by being neutral in present time and immersing completely into the love of my works tasks. Big stuff.
Both keep me from not biting into anxiety when the unexpected happens before the BIG something happens. Like system glitches that declare my health insurance is pending termination even though premium payments and enrollment selections have been confirmed.
It a mixture of grounding, flowing, doing, working, thinking and feeling. And, it seems to be working so far.
How do you prepare for a big, unknown something?
