Our most profound examples of truth are right in front of us. Take breathing for example. Not the kind taught in yoga classes but the kind you're doing this very moment.
Inhale oxygen, exchange it for carbon dioxide. We can't live very long without this simple transaction. It allows us to receive gently and naturally only what it needs after releasing what's already been used up.
You can't take in any more oxygen than the space you've made by releasing the space it previously occupied.
It's so simple that our brains do this for us automatically.
And yet, we can make it so complicated and anxiety ridden with mindfulness exercises to the point question marks pop up asking us to examine, "Am I doing it right?," which distracts from the original simplicity of the act itself.
What if we just let it be light? What if we just let it be complete as it naturally is? What if we just left it alone? What if we just loved it for what it is?
Now take this simple breathing transaction and translate it to the "you" without labels, roles, responsibilities, and things to do. Your beautiful true self that extends beyond all of those limitations that don't belong to you.
You'd find that you're radiantly expansive because that's just who you really, simply are.
Make room by exchanging what's already been used up for the soul you already are.
Life your life as it was meant to be, naturally expansive and light.
It's a simple as inhaling and exhaling naturally.
