I teach people to find what they really want simply by looking at their life exactly as it is. One way or another, whatever is being presented in our life is merely a reflection of what we can't see, much like a movie projects its image on the movie screen.
The trick is to take off the glasses that never belong to you (e.g., any external to your soul, like socialized behavior) so you can clearly see from your deepest truth.
And the most important prerequisite is to really own the belief that there is an underlying benevolent intent deep within everything that happens in our lives. To paraphrase an Osho quote, a prayer is spread over our entire lives in every ordinary, day-to-day moment, even when we can't "see" it.
The simplest way to get to this prayer is to double click from any point in your life up to its highest essence. The point where the thought and feeling rings true is actually the true meaning based on your light. By translating the initial feeling you have at any given moment and then following a daisy chain of related high essence values, your heart will suddenly hit the sweet spot where it skips a beat and fills your entire self with an epiphany of what I can best describe as "goodness." This final essence translation is highly personal and based solely on your soul's dictionary.
For example, a traffic jam can first be an irritating delay to your destination. That's where most people stop in this soul "gift."
In reality, your soul is really trying to remind you to stay the course towards what really matters...to the surpassing truth where you are always free. For some people, that might be a reminder of what their North Star is. For another, it could be the chance for gratitude of an unseen blessing for safe travels by slowing down. And for another, it could be a moment of epiphany that the delay is a symbol for their life's moment...and starting fodder on how to change it.
The truth of your deepest, truest life is constantly being reflected outward into your life, from the shadows by that which we cannot see.
I wish you a beautiful day today and onward of living in the benevolence of your soul's reflections.
